Classes

Each session starts with a warm-up, then follows a set workout plan that adjusts for every participant’s pace. Coaches watch and support throughout, from start to end.

Preparation

Comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle are ideal. All other needed equipment is provided by us—so you don’t have to worry about gear.

Participation

Absolutely. Listen to your body, pause as needed, and let your coach know if you have concerns. Progress happens at your pace—no pressure.
