Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our fitness studio, classes, or website, you agree to abide by these terms and all related policies. Continued participation implies acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our services.

• ‘Studio’ means our physical fitness space, digital services, and related group training activities.
• ‘Participant’ and ‘member’ refer to anyone attending group fitness classes, social events, or using our facilities.
• ‘Instructor’ or ‘coach’ means a team member authorized to guide or supervise group workouts.
• ‘Policies’ include the studio’s posted, published, or digital rules governing participation.

Service Usage Rules

Member conduct must respect staff, instructors, and peers, and maintain the intended supportive group atmosphere. Use of equipment must follow staff instruction for safety.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 16 years of age, or accompanied by an adult if younger. Health conditions requiring modifications should be disclosed to coaches before class.

Some sessions may have age or mobility guidelines.

Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own physical well-being while on site. Listen to your body and inform staff of concerns.

• Follow instructor guidance and safety recommendations.
• Arrive on time and respect shared spaces and equipment.
• Report injuries or hazards immediately to staff.
• Use respectful language and behavior at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

Certain actions are not allowed for everyone’s protection.

• Disruptive, threatening, or abusive language or acts.
• Use of performance-enhancing substances, alcohol, or illegal drugs.
• Misuse, theft, or deliberate damage to studio property or equipment.
• Unauthorized photography or video recordings of members or classes.
• Disregarding instructor directives or safety notifications.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content—logos, class plans, images, and digital media—remain property of our studio or respective owners. Use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is not allowed, unless for personal benefit within the scope of class participation.

Your Content and Rights

Feedback or testimonials you voluntarily submit may be used in marketing, always anonymized if so requested.
